(To Be Prayed for By Husbands)

Father, in the name of Jesus, I pray and believe that __________ is a capable, intelligent, and virtuous woman, and I am glad that I have found her.  She is far more precious than jewels and her value is far above rubies or pearls. My heart trusts in her confidently and relies on and believes in her safely so that I have no lack of honest gain or need for dishonest spoil.  She will comfort, encourage and do me only good as long as there is life within her.

She rises while yet it is night and gets spiritual food for our household and assigns her maids their tasks.  She does not court neglect of her present duties by assuming others. She opens her mouth with skillful and Godly wisdom, and in her tongue is the law of kindness, giving counsel and instruction.  __________ looks well to how things go in our household, and the bread of idleness (gossip, discontent, and self-pity) she will not eat.

Father, I thank You that ___________ respects and reverences me, she notices, regards, honors, prefers, venerates, and esteems me, and that she defers to me, praises me, and loves and admires me exceedingly.  I praise You that Your Word is working in our marriage, and that we have been transformed into the image of Jesus, by the renewing of our minds.  Amen.
