Heavenly Father, in Jesus’ Name, in view of all Your mercies, I commit to make a decisive dedication of my body [presenting all my members and faculties] as a living sacrifice, holy (devoted, consecrated) and well pleasing to You, which is my reasonable (rational, intelligent) service and spiritual worship.

I will not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but I am transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of my mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that I may prove [for myself] what is Your good and acceptable and perfect will, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in Your sight for Me].

I have made a decision of quality, to love You, the Lord my God with all my heart and with all my soul and with all my strength and with all my mind; and my neighbor as myself.

I thank You that these things are so, in my life, now, in Jesus’ Name.
